Chef Deb Hart, Founder and Executive Chef

What makes Chef Deb’s events so special? In a word, PASSION! From an early age Deb was interested in what was going on in the kitchen. Perhaps it was her Mother’s sign in the kitchen that said, “Where there’s smoke, there’s dinner” (and it was true!) that gave Deb the inspiration to take over the cooking duties for her family.  From that point forward, Deb has been in the kitchen experimenting and learning how to “wow” her hungry family and friends with her culinary creations. No matter the event, Chef Deb pours her heart, soul and 30+ years of experience into her food.  Using the finest fresh ingredients and her arsenal of fresh herbs and spices, each dish is prepared to feed the body and soul.  Quality is never compromised.  One taste and you’ll be hooked!

Angie Cabler, Kitchen Manager

Angie joined the Pink Lady Catering team in the beginning.  She has mastered every area of the business, both front and back of house.  Her communication skills and eye for detail allow her to lead the kitchen and wait staff teams to assure success for every event.  Angie’s most famous tagline for her staff is, “We do everything with a spirit of excellence!”  She demonstrates this at every event, inspiring others to follow her lead.

James Moore, Team Leader

James is a natural leader.  His understanding and organizational skill set are essential to our team.  His ability to direct the staff and see the big picture of an event make him an invaluable part of our success.

Michael Hart, Jr., Team Leader/Marketing/HR

Michael (Mike) is the son of Chef Deb, and an integral part of The Pink Lady operation.  He has a firm grasp of all aspects of the business, and is continually networking to grow it.  His degree in human resources helps to attract positive and qualified staff members to our team.

Chris Cline, Bar and Beverage Manager

Chris has been a fantastic addition to our staff.  He has a great knowledge of the different products we serve and all our guests appreciate his fun and outgoing personality.  He is a master mixologist and can design the perfect signature cocktails for any event.
